General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello..As per your narration you don't seem to be suffering from any serious ailment, but having said that a careful examination of both physical and mental fitness is essential. Please check your haemoglobin level in blood along with serum electrolytes. Anaemia and electrolyte disbalance are two chief causes of fatigueness. Evaluate yourself on mental level,do u have any work related stress or personal issues tension, any depression?..If yes than try to figure out a cause..Discuss with your spouse /close friends/parents and take an optimistic approach towards life.
