Suggest A Remedy For Bumps Or Boils On The Back And Stomach

My 9 year old has been getting these bump/boil looking things on her back, stomach, and legs for the last two weeks. They are very painful and if I am able to burst them they have a lot of pus in them. She has a new one on her calf and it is very hard, reddish/purple, and extremely painful. What could this be and what should I do. Hot compress has not worked.

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello, the lesions that u have described appears infective, the most likely diagnosis being bacterial folliculitis.
Since they are multiple, i would adv a course of oral antibiotics with cap Cephalexin 250 mg four times a day for 7 days.
Also, daily bathing
apply mupirocin cream twice daily on the lesions for the same duration.
Review after 7 days.
Get well soon
Thanks
Take care
