Suggest A Remedy For Bed Wetting

i m an 18 year old girl who just graduated high school. ever since junior high, i have had problems with peeing in my bed the night before i take a final or big exam. however, i am going off to college next fall and do not want my roomate to find out about my embarrassing problem, is there anything i can do to prevent this from happening?

dont be worried.
do be calm.
it is not that a very big problem.
stress in exams may be leading to such a thing in you which is quite a feature in many.
dont be ashamed about it.
do try to gather control on you from the next time.
try keeping an alarm at regular intervals at night time.
get up at that time and pee regularly.
after a few days, you will overcome your problem and things will go fine...
do be positive...
everything is in your hands..
be determined..
stay focussed...
