Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain bad breath can occur due to a number of causes like oral and dental infections, tonsil stones, sinusitis, digestive problems, dry mouth, diabetes etc..
As you have bleeding from gums there is a possibility that you have infection and inflammation of gums and it can be a probable cause for it..
I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and he can do investigations along with a thorough clinical examination to rule out the exact cause of the bad breath and treat accordingly..
As of now you can gargle with flavoured antiseptic mouthwash..
Chew flavoured chewing gums as it mask bad breath as well as improve saliva flow..
Always gargle after meals..
Maintain a good oral hygiene..
Limit intake of high aroma foods like onion and garlic..
Clean tongue using tongue scraper..
Eat more of raw fruits and vegetables and drink plenty of water..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
