Understanding your concern. As per your query your skin has increased sensitivity of getting pigmented specially when there is exposure of sunlight. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to Use medicated sunscreen such as Tancare rich in SPF 30. Use lightening agent like kojic acid with vitamin C twice a day. You can go for home remedy as well. apply mashed potatoes on these pigments. Apply cotton dipped in tea tree oil to lighten the pigments. You can visit dermatologist once and can go for chemical peeling or micro abrasion if your symptoms not resolving. Take supplements rich in vitamin C. Apply MELALITE XL cream which is combination of hydroquinone + Tretinoin + steroid and apply it at night time. It will lighten pigmentation on skin. But make sure this cream is not to be used for more than 2-3 months.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
