Suggest A Healthy Way To Reduce Weight

hello doctors, i find this site while im searching for a healthy medecine for low fat because my wife 140 kg and i need help to be ready for the great way how to reduce her weight before she is being pragnant.

Increased weight in women can be associated with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) which can affect fertility.

Losing weight would help to improve the chances of conception.

There are different diet plans. You mentioned the low fat diet , there is also the low carbohydrate diet.
Since PCOS is associated with resistance in the body to insulin and insulin is mainly involved in carbohydrates, the low carb diet may be best for her.

There are different meal plans and ideas for either type of diet on line.
