First of all in this young age stay away from alcohol and
smoking habit.
In your daily schedule along with reading do some outdoor activity like cycling,running,walking, jogging, tennis playing , swimming etc.
Try to avoid outside fatty food to a minimum like pizza, burger like food.
Avoid refined sugar and refined food to very less.
Take chicken, butter , beef meat, pork meat to a minimum.
Take green leafy vegetables in your diet.Take fruits daily.
Every yearly maintain your
body mass index and measure your blood pressure.
Try to avoid
stress.
