Suggest A Diet And Any Supplement To Improve B12

Hi Sir, Thank you I am taking Vitcofol for five doses as suggested by doctor. Its slight paining but okay okay. could you please suggest about food habits and any supplements to be taken to improve B12 and also I am feeling tired after office timings. Non vegetarian food like Meat, Chicken, Beef, Eggs, Fish, Prawns and Sea Food are rich sources of Vitamin B12.
If we talk about Vegetarian food then only Milk and Milk products have adequate content of Vitamin B12.
Vitamin B12 deficiency mostly seen in developing countries and Vegetarian people. So if you are suffering by Vit.B12 deficiency then you may consider above mentioned foods daily consumption as per your choice. In that case you may consult professional dietician to set up your diet as per requirement.
Let's discuss your another problem that tiredness after office timing. It might be correlated with Vit.B12 deficiency. Vitamin B12 performs important role in Brain and nervous system functioning, Cell metabolism and RBC synthesis. It's deficiency may cause Fatigue after long duration work.
So you must consult to your treating physician and discuss the problem in details and get thorough body check up and lab blood tests to rule out other possible causes as per physician's opinion.
