Suggest A Balanced Diet Plan For Healthy Living

Hi, my question is related to the daily dietary intake to get a balanced diet, i am not able to make my diet plan, as it is a bit confusing to calculate carb, protein and fat needed daily. If i try to reduce carb, then protein increases and if i try to increase protein carb increases. Can you help me in that.

Hello! Thank you for writing us here.
Health is the God's gift for us isn't it? And provided with a lot's of good foods and what we have made is something which is injurious to health. I would recommend you the following diet plan.
1) Morning meal:
-Milk/ green tea/juice , vegetables and fruits, and cereals/ pulses. You can have eggs as well alternative to cereals and pulses. Make sure you have little heavier breakfast (provided you do some exercise as well.

2)lunch:
Vegetables would do best. Make sure you consume green leafy veges and you have lots of coloured veges.

3) dinner:
It should not be heavy like breakfast. Have cereals and pulses, sprouts, and key feature is to have salad. You can have a pleasant dinner with just salad you know.

Also in between meals you can add few sips of juice or yoghurt and healthy grain buscuits . and don't keep eating till your tummy is full, make sure you still have space there so you won't feel full all the time. Also consume eggs, soya, cheese alternatively so you have a perfect diet with right amount of carbs and proteins.

And things to be avoided are all junk food and sweet foods. Don't consume lots of sweets or it would make you obese. Do some exercise, go to gym, go for a walk or indulge in some sports which you like. You'll be in the pink of health in a month if you follow this diet.
Best regards,
Dr Gunjan
