Hi,
First find out the cause of having pain after so much time as there is possibility of having some injury in spines, muscles, intervertebral discs etc.
Go for x-ray, CT scan to find out the cause.
Treating the cause will give complete cure.
Meanwhile you can take NSAID like Diclophenac, Ibuprofen, Tramadol etc.
Take with omeprazole or pentaprozole to avoid gastritis or hyper acidity.
Avoid long term use.
Ok and take care.
