Sugeest Treatment For Erosions In Fundus And Duodenum

i am suffering from stomach pain for the last 2 to 3 months. took medicines for ulcer treatment. i couldn't get complete relief. today i went for an endoscop test, and the report shows that there are EROSIONS IN FUNDUS AND ALSO IN DUODENUM. My Doctor advised me to continue the medicines which i was taking for Ulcer. Please advise me the recommended diet and treatment for this problem.

- Avoid stress , anxiety .
- Have regular sound sleep of 8 hours .
