Suffering With Short Term Memory Loss.On Treatment For PTS, History Of Prostatectomy . Could This Be Due To Sleeping Pills?

Hi my name is Dave I am 69 years old . I have been treated for PTS over many years have also had prostate cancer as a result of this I had a full prostatectamy 3 years ago and now get checked 6 monthly so far all is well .I currently feel great.My problem is loss of short term memory and have wondered if it is a result of taking the sleeping pill Sillnox 10 I have been taking themfor up to fifteen years ,I used to take 2 tablets a night and have weened myself off one. Is there maybe a oroduct that would help me sleep without it being addictive . I also use a CPAP machine for sleep insomnia ( Stop breathing ) sorry to be apain but i need help

IT IS NOT ADVISE ABLE TO DISCONTINUE THE TREATMENT OF ALLMENTS.YOU ARE REQUIRED CHANGE YOUR DIET PATTERN.ie.almond oil 1tsp+olive oil 1tsp+one glass of lukewarm milk at bed time.oat meals and corn flakes.light liquid diet. and salad.
thre is good remedy for the improvement of memory problem flavion 40 mg(ginkgo biloba) for about 6 weeks.you will feel some good relief.
