Suffering with severe headache. MRI done, left maxillary polyp seen. What are the findings in the report?

My brother is suffering with severe headache problem past few days. In MRI, doctors told that left maxillary polyp seen and which is causing the pain. Given some medicines for 1 month and its almost one week past, he is still facing the same issue. Please tell me if we go for operation is it major or small one

Cause of headache is due to maxillary polyp which leads to nasal blockage and headcahe.

Surgery for maxillary polyp is minor one.

The surgery can be done under short general or local anaesthesia, and the polyps are removed using endoscopic surgery.
