Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement, Dr. Saurabh Gupta's Response
Hi, Thanks for posting your query. From description it seems pain in shoulder and arm is due to pinched nerve in neck. If there is no relief with physiotherapy, get a MRI done under guidence of your orthopaedic to see any disc bulge causing compression over nerve roots. In this case surgery (disectomy) is another option to decompress the nerve roots. Hope this will helps you. You can contact me directly through my profile.
