Suffering with hernia, have swollen stomach. Had surgeries for uterine hernia, had hystrocatomine. Will another surgery be safe?

hi i have a friend who has two hernias . this is her fourth one. she has two in her uterus . she has had thr ee surgerys all ready. she had a hystrocatomie because of her first hernia 3 years ago. she has been told that the next surgery better be life thearting because her inside is so messed up. she is scared. but knows she knows it needs to be done. but she dosent have health insurance or the money to have it done. but her stomach is swealling help. what are her chances of pulling throuh this fourth surgery and is there away to have this done. being she dosent have insurance nor that kind of money to go in for her surgery. but the hernias are making her stomach bloat up.
