Hello. Welcome to Healthcare Magic. It's a bit difficult to interpret your question due to language barriers, but it sounds like you have acid reflux, which is caused by acidic stomach contents rising into your esophagus (the tube between your throat and your stomach). In severe cases, acid reflux can irritate the back of your throat.
There are a number of ways to deal with acid reflux: you should avoid foods that make your burning worse. For most people, alcohol, caffeine, carbonated drinks and spicy foods make acid reflux worse. Don't eat anything for three to four hours before going to bed. When you lie down, you're more likely to have acid reflux. A number of medications are helpful for acid reflux, too: antacids, cimetidine, ranitidine, omeprazole, and lansoprazole are just a few. Taking simethicone or similar "anti-gas" formulas will help with your gas.
If your burning and gas don't get better with over-the-counter medications, see your doctor.
I hope that answers your question.
