Erectile dysfunction is not a disease, it is a treatable CONDITION.
It is mostly in the mind and you may need medicines to get back good erections to get your confidence back and then you may stop it.
Life style changes that will help are early dinner, quit smoking, prolonged foreplay ---
If the foreskin is tight, you may need circumcision and let your doc examine it first.
Dryness can be solved with coconut oil or KY JELLY.
All your problems are treatable and there is nothing to worry.
