Suffering With Epileptic Attacks, No Occurrences While On Medicines, Advised Maintaining Abstinence. Is There Any Permanent Solution?

My wife suffering to attacked of mirgi. since first time its was came in 18 feb. till date came 3-4 time. Medicine is also taking for this mirgi. once she forget to take medicine. she will b fine. once she forgot then get attacked. doctor told her dont take ralationship with relationship with ur husband next 2 yrs. is there any pertamenent solution for that attacked or we faced this situation in future. her medical report is normal. pls suggest

Thanks for using HCM.
Firstly I want to remind you that if your wife is suffering from epilepsy she will have to take medicine regularly. If during medication the mirgi(seizure) occurs then dosage and medicine should be adjusted. After few months it will stop but still you have to continue the medicine for 3 years, if and only if not even a single episode of attack occurs in between 3 years then the medicine can be withdrawn gradually. But dont stop the medicine in between, because symptoms(seizure attack) may reappear and then you have to start medicine again from initial stage.
But I can assured you in most of the cases (depending upon the severity and area of brain involvement) it cures almost completely and dont hamper daily life in future. But you need to be cooperative and should keep patience in this matter. An E E G may give a clue about the severity.
