Suffering With A Gland In Throat. No Malignant Seen In FNC Test. Any Suggestion?

I am 72 years old, male patient, suffering with a gland in throat area. close to Adam apple, some times it becomes a bit bigger, have continuous coughing, did FNC report says no malignant seen; conic infection. Took one course of anti biotic but no result found. I am heart patent had 1 stunting in 2006. Looking forward for your kind suggestion in this regard. Thanking you.

If neck lump is reported in FNAC as chr inf and not responding to antibiotic than i think you should go for Biopsy to confirm.
