I would like to start by saying that weight loss
depends a lot on the diet you are on, with that being said exercise is also equally important. There's no need to worry there's a solution for everything all it takes is a little determination and planning from your part.
I would suggest you to follow the following steps:
1.Drink plenty of water 1.5-2 litres a day
2. eat 4-5 small meals evenly distributed throughout the day( helps increase metabolism
3.Avoid rice, colas or any kind of sugary drinks( avoid carbs as much as possible)
4.Eat plenty of veggies and chicken breasts and egg whites ( basicallly stay on high protein diet)
5.Do an aerobic exercise
like jogging or going for a brisk walk for 30-45 mins everyday
6.Add a vitamin tab and green tea to your diet.
7.Eat at a specific time everyday ( so time your meals properly)
Follow these steps and take the respective medicines given to you by your physician and you should lose about 2-4 kilos a month and never give up, all it takes as i said earlier all it takes is a little determination and planning.
