What you are doing is procrastinating about what needs to done and also you may have poor concentration. These are symptoms of depression
. Being constantly edgy and worries about death is also symptoms of depression. I would recommend that you follow a regular schedule and do yoga
and pranayama also along with daily activities to rid yourself of your problems with depression. I hope you see a psychiatrist
if you feel like things are not working out.
