Orthopaedic Surgeon Dr. Aashish Raghu's  Response
Welcome to Healthcare Magic
Good Day
You may do as the Doctor has asked. Kindly do an Oral Glucose Tolerance Test and HBA1C to check there extent of the control of your blood sugar. Also ultrasounds of the baby is important to see no congenital anomalies. Also get your Thyroid hormone levels checked and make sure they are under control. If not you will need to speak to the Doctor regarding how to bring it under control. You must control your diet and exercise as well. No sweet, high carbohydrates in the diet. Eat fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables. Exercise mildly to moderately like walking for around 20-30 minutes each day. Go for your Antenatal Checkups regularly as advised.
