Hi my son is 18 and has been suffering with stomach complaints for several months. he has had acute diarrhea but is now constipated. His stools are black and rabbit dropping like. He has no appetite and feels nauseous all the time. The doctor has taken several blood tests and nothing has come back with a problem. Two days ago he had blood in his urine and the dr gave him 3 days of antibiotics. His face looks grey and he can hardly stand up. He has now fallen asleep again. This is all very unlike him.Th drs are wondering if he has IBS but are very vague. We are extremely worried because he looks so poorly. We are due to see a Gastroenterologist in two weeks but i don t think he can wait that long. What should we do now?
