If the vomiting
is such that nothing can stay in the stomach, then I am concerned he can easily get dehydrated. This is something we should avoid as it is the most feared complication of vomiting. If he feels very weak, urinates less, feels thirst always and has sunken eyes, then you should take him to the ER.If these are absent and he is relatively stable, you may want to try feeding him again. But if these symptoms should appear, please take him in.
