Suffering From Snoring. Had Throat Infection As A Child. Could Tonsillitis Be A Cause? Suggestions?

I am suffering from snoring while sleeping. I am 27 years old, 70 Kg, more than 5 ft in height. I had severe throat infection during my school days which i got it cured using medicines. would tonsillitis be a cause for snoring ? I do not have any pain in my throat! I work in a call centre during night shift and i sleep in day. I also get to snore during night when i sleep at home.

Hi,
It seems that you might be having some obstruction in your nasal air way.
This can occur due to,
1, Deviated Nasal Septum,
2, Nasal polyp,
3, Oedema in nasal cavity due to chronic congestion of nasal mucosa.
consult ENT specialist and get examined.
Meanwhile put decongestant nasal drops. do vicks vapor inhalation.
Ok and take care.
