First of all try to correct your daily routine and maintain sleep hygiene
befor going to bed.
In daily routin please fix up your time table for whole day until going to bed, and in this schedule :
1. wake up early,
2. Excercise daily at least 1-2 hour(Gym. Yoga
3.Add green vege./leafy & salad and fruit for digestive system comfort in Meal.
4.Before going to bed do the Yoga Nidra Parctice, it balance mind thought process and relax whole body accordingly.
Note: Slowly reduce the medicine under guidance orf your physician and do daily workout gym/yoga and Yoga nidra & meditation
under the qualified Fitness/Yoga Practioner.
