Suffering From Sleep Apnea With CPAP

I had acute broncitie twice this year. I have never had it before & I have never smoked. i am 56 yr old female. I have a history of moderate obstuctive sleep apnea treated with CPAP since 2006. My physician ordered a chest xray. It showed increased opacity in the right suprahilar region felt to be vascular. What does this mean

Hi

It might be an enlargement of pulmonary artery.You should do a cardiac ultrasound or a chest CT to better define it.
