Otolaryngologist / ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Please consult a good ENT specialist. Till then do steam inhalations 2-3 times/day, drink plenty of warm water and use saline nasal drops 3-4 times/day. If you are a non-vegetarian try drinking warm chicken soup with little pepper, this will give nourishment as well reduce the sinus problems.
