First of all, take it from me that she is not suffering from amnesia, rather she may have autism features.
What to do now---
1- first consult a paediatrician, to rule out any organic cause.
2- consult a psychiatrist, for IQ testing.

Your daughter may not be suffering from memeory loss. there are various other reasons which needs to be evaluated. First her IQ and if it is normal then the level of attention and concentration, if she has difficulty only with maths then she should be evaluate for discalculia nad above all it also needs to be understood whether she has aversion towards maths for some reason or other. Consult a clinical psychologist to make a proper evaluation and get the remedial measures.
