hello and welcome to HCM,

You seem to be having recurrent infections of the throat and also have pain over the sinuses. A single value abnormality of eosinophil count is of no significance so you need to do further analyses:
1. Get a complete examination by an ENT who will check to see if you have enlarged tonsils and or any other focus of infection.
2. You also need to get your sinuses evaluated (by endoscopy and CT PNS) to rule out sinuses as cause of recurrent infections.
3. You also need to undergo an upper GI endoscopy to rule out reflux and also for treatment outcome measurement.

Meanwhile take plenty of warm fluids, do not strain your voice
Avoid cold, spicy and oily food and get back to me with the reports

take care and get well soon
