Thank you for the query.

Such long lasting constipations can be a symptom of some large intestine disease. Especially if you do also suffer from blood or mucus in stool, lost some wight recently. Such symptoms can be caused by colon cancer or inflammatory intestines disease. That is why you should not wait anymore and have some diagnostics. Abdominal ultrasound, full blood work should be performed as well as colonoscopy.

Hope this will help.

hello... constipation happens due to lot of reasons like stress, fear, poor intestinal muscles etc.. first of all i suggest keep calm.. dont stress.. do some yoga.. start brisk walks daily for 1 hour as that really helps to improve bowel movements.. start your day with green tea and have 3-4 cups/day...have banana/ dates in the morning... veg juice like carrot, beet spinach, tomato..then have fruits, nuts.. salad with lunch and dinner.. avoid fried, sweets and refined foods like burgers and pizzas.. drink lot of water... sleep well..
