Suffering From Severe Back Pain With Bruised Ribs After Passing Out. Diagnosed With Low BP And Mild Concussion

My daughter who is 49yrs of age and works as a teacher as suffered with severe back pain for some months now and as also had three turns were she as passed out the latest one was last week and she passed out banging her head and bruising her ribs she went to hospital and they diagnosed low blood pressure mild concusion and bruised ribs she was sent home without any medication and told she would be OK but Im unhappy as she is still in a great deal of pain she is the type of lady that does not like to make a fuss and as her mother Im very concerned

Hi
For low back pain she can have rest and mild analgesic and after pain subside she can start with back extension exercise and williams abdomen exercise and short wave diathermy.If needed lumbar traction may be given.
For pain in ribs she shoud wear rib belt and take tablet tramadol 2times a day.And apply ice over the affected part.
