Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

Your symptoms are suggestive of complex partial seizures- a type of epilepsy. The most likely origin of these seizures is the temporal lobes of brain.

You require evaluation by MRI brain (which is already done) and EEG to confirm the diagnosis and reasons for epilepsy.

There are good medications available to control your seizures such as carbamazepine, oxcarbazepine, lamotrigine, levetiracetam, etc.

I am sure you would improve with treatment.

Best wishes,
