hello deepika,
leukoplakia may be caused by rough teeth or rough dentures, fillings, and crowns.Treat dental causes such as rough teeth, irregular denture surface, or fillings as soon as possible.
it can come down in few weeks or months after the source of irritation is removed.
generally it more common in smokers.but in your case its not seem to be due to smoking
first find out wheather its simple leukoplakia or oral hairy leukoplakia by simple pathological examination
wish you good recovery. take care
