Suffering From Right Varicocele, Pain. Is Surgery Only Solution?
hi i m 22 years old, i m suffering from right varicocele since i m 19years old.. The pain is tolerable, about 4 out of 10 (10 is the most painful).. My doctor (general surgeon) suggested me that i can have surgery next time, after marriage if fathering is delay. My doctor also told me that surgery is NOT NECESSARY as of now, so i can wait for more than 5 more years before having surgery. is my doctor right? thanks! :)

Hi,
Yes, surgery is not always necessary immediately. Take paracetamol for the discomfort if needed. Also, wear supportive underwear and this will reduce the pain.
