Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. It is better to have an ECG and rule out cardiac cause of pain. For tennis elbow,it is a self limiting illness. You can do cold compress and give rest to the elbow by modifying your activities.Uric acid and blood sugar should be checked as in such condition also pain of shoulder will increase.Analgesics can be used for short term.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
