Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic  autoimmune disease, characterized by periods of disease flares and remissions.

There is no known cure for rheumatoid arthritis. To date, the goal of treatment in rheumatoid arthritis is to reduce joint inflammation and pain, maximize joint function, and prevent joint destruction and deformity

Two classes of medications are used in treating rheumatoid arthritis: fast-acting "first-line drugs" and slow-acting "second-line drugs" (also referred to as disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs or DMARDs) like methotrexate, gold salts, hydroxychloroquine etc.

You must consult a rheumatologist as early as possible to avoid joint destruction and proper assessment of your condition so that a proper treatment can be instituted.

As far masturbation or ejaculation is concerned,it has no connection with your arthritis.

Thanks for posting your query,
I would like to tell you about nature of the disease so that you can better understand the disease.
It is an autoimmune disease, which means the body's immune system mistakenly attacks healthy tissue and is also a long-term disease that leads to inflammation of the joints and surrounding tissues.
It requires lifelong treatment in form of medication (like anti-inflammatory drugs, Disease modifying antirheumatoid drugs and biological), physical therapy, exercise and possibly surgery.

There is no any connection between ejaculation and arthritis.

I hope this information has been both informative and helpful
