Suffering From Pelvic Pain On Both Sides, Have Congested Pains. Used Daflon, Still In Pain. Solution ?

I am suffering from pelvic pain on both sides one after the other, or sometimes both sides at the same time. I went to my OB and they found large veins (congested veins) which they believe is causing the pain. I was under Daflon tablets, it lessens the pain but it still reoccurs every now and then. And if pain is not present, but if that area is pressed I feel the pain. When I suddenly stand up, I feel a very sharp pain in that area and then drowziness and most of the time my vision turn dark for few seconds. I went to see an internist and they found all my tests were normal (urine, blood & ultrasound) but no xrays & scans done as yet. I am sad to say that I do not trust the doctors here 100%, I am currently residing here in Saudi, I do not believe everyting is normal because I know my body, I have high pain tolerance but this time I can say it really is painful!

What do you think is the cause/s and how severe is it? I would really appreciate your honest answer and your help.

Thank you very much!

Sincerely,
AAA

Hello. When a woman with sexual activity in the last months has chronic pelvic pain and the ultrasound is normal, a diagnosis to consider is pelvic inflammatory disease(PID).PID is an infection of the ovaries, uterus and fallopian tube secondary to vaginal infection that has progressed.
. Another factor related to PID is the intrauterine device.
Is necessary to do an analysis of your vaginal and cervix secretion to know if you have infection. If you have infection, probably your pelvic pain is secondary to it, and would improve the pain with the prescription of antibiotics drugs. Please,go to your doctor as soon as possible.
I wish you good health.
