How to get rock hard errection and long time ejaculation as i am going to get married within a year. I dont want to use viagra and all that. Hi
Thanks for writing to Health Care magic
Erectile dysfunction os a common problem with smokers. Vasodilatation is required for erection to take place. Nicotine causes vasoconstriction. Hence smoking causes erectile dysfunction. Also smoking is responsible for several other evils. First thing u got to do is to cut down ur smoking. U can take the help of a doctor for the same. U can consult a urologist for ur problem. Some medications help in delaying the ejaculation. Management of associated anxiety itself is sometimes enough to set the things normal.
Thanks and regards
