Suffering From Pain On Left Heaps In Intervals

Hello Doctors, I am Mohan from Nepal. I have a pain on left heap right now. I have been feeling such pain from last 2 years in the interval of some months. Last time I had this in September. That time one of my doctor friend suggested for MRI and do further investigation. But I had to manage 2 days trekking on difficult hills. I managed 8 hours long trek each day.After that I had no pain. so I didn t go to the doctors. From last 5 days, I am feeling same kind of pain. But increased from last 2 days. Last 2 nights I had to take support to lay down or stand up from the cot. with a hope to heal automatically, I had soft walk for about 6 kilometers today. Pain is less than yesterday. If pain also depend upon the coldness, yesterday and before was colder than today. I would be obliged if my queries are responded with a hope that I could explain my problem properly.

hi,thanks for query.There could be couple of reason for your pain.One there some nerve compression at certain level which gives rise to pain.As you can walk for a good distance without major problem things does not seems to be too bad.One possibility is of AVN of femoral head where in the tip of your femur bone is not getting proper blood supply.The best advise would to go for some investigation like x ray and MRI to have a fair idea about your problem.Do not walk when you are in pain and please do not ignore this for long.
