Hi Nazia.khan,

You are under treatment for 2months and still having symptoms, thats alarming outcome.

The first possibility is Esophageal moniliasis but at 2months treatment patient usually get full relief rather that kind of response is both diagnostic and therapeutic.

But because the things did not go well with you...may be you have received some other treatment and not for moniliasis.

Any way while undergoing Endoscopy did you also undergo biopsy- if yes please tell the reports and if no then repeat endoscopy and get biopsy done now.

You can have many troubles-

1. Esophageal moniliasis

2.Plummer Vinson syndrome

3. Viral esophagitis

4.Barret's esophagus

5.CREST Syndrome

6.Esophageal spasm-Cork-screw esophagus

You need to undergo endoscopy-OGD ASAP because Plummer Vinson syndrome and Barret's are premalignant condtions and if managed in time have excellent outcomes but once cancerous are great killers.

Please be proactive on this front.
