Suffering From Nausea, Heart Palpitation, Dizziness, Back Pain And Feeling Like Losing Consciousness. Worrisome

well this as been going on for 2 years now. nausea heart palpitation dizzinnes and back pain on the left side Ive been to the er many time left arm hurts at times neck headackes fell like loose concussness just sitting reading a book relaxing this is so scary especially when I m driving and notice 10 min after i finish eating

Your symptoms suggest it could be a cervical disc lesion / Syncopal attacks with heart blocks. See a Cardiologist & Neurologist & get assessed. [Your age could have ben mentioned.]
