you are on good medicine please continue it ,
apart from medicine also important is healthy life style ,
please do following changes in your life style
Diet
eat green leafy vegetables , fresh fruits , whole cereals , salads , nut like almond and walnuts ,
restrict your salt intake ,
avoid fried fatty junk food , avoid backary items , sweets
avoid non veg like liver , red meat , egg yellow ,
do stress relaxing yogas ,
take proper rest and sleep
stay away from any type of addiction ,
be regular in your medicine intake and follow up with cardiologist ,
wish you good health ,
