Suffering From Migraines, Pressure On Left Side Of Head Towards Neck, Headache. Taking Migraine Tablets, Not Helping

Hi, I suffer from migraines. This time the pain is in the back of my head - it feels like a "pressure" on the left hand side of my head behind my ear towards my neck and I get a headache - and I have been living with this for weeks now. I keep taking migraine tablets, but this pain doesn't go away. I think it's related to my neck but not sure?
