Pediatrician 's  Response

Thanks for your query.

Your baby is having acute gastroenteritis which is usually viral in nature and settles in few days.

Most important is to maintain proper hydration.

Give oral rehydration solution sip by sip after each loose stool, give coconut water.

Continue with zinc for 14 days. Also give lactobaccilus for 2 to 3 days

For diaper rash keep area dry, avoid diaper, apply calamine lotion 2 to 3 times

At the time of teething child puts everything in mouth to relieve irritation and this leads to diarrhea.

Monitor for features of decreased urine output/lethargy and in case symptoms

persist get her reevaluated by pediatrician for further management.

Wishing your baby early recovery.

God bless..

Welcome to Health care Magic, There are many reason behind loose motion in 7 year kid. Drinking raw milk or unpasteurized milk, impure water, lack of nutritious food, infectious bacteria causes to loose motions normally.
Unclean or infected milk bottle, bottle cap, dirty water, unclean hand and prepared food are the reasons to cause loose motion to children.
Rather than intestinal infection, there are other methods responsible for loose motions are pneumonia, bronchitis, bronchiolitis, infective urine, ear, meningitis etc.
Excess intake of carbohydrate and fat in child's diet also causes to indigestion and loose motion. Some children have allergy with cow milk, which may cause to loose motion. Some fruits are also not appropriate for children that can cause to loose motion.
Due to lack of lactose in intestine, child could not effort to digest the mother milk or cow milk, which also causes to loose motion. This happens in case of malnutrition and infection in child.
At the time of teeth rising or teething in children, loose motion may cause. Most of the mothers and parents avoid this as saying a common issue, but this happens due to the intake of outer stuffs in the mouth, as the child feels sensation in the teething areas.

Watch out for dehydration , after every loose motion breast feed her, use semi solid food. like mashed bananas , boiled rice etc
Hope you are satisfied with the answer.

there is no quick solution to the problem...
The disease runs its course - depending on the cause / which may be food, infection and so on.
The priority is to ensure adequate dehydration and be alert for any complication
