Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for your query
The response to treatment depends upon the stage of arthritis. The stage/severity of arthritis is assessed by x ray and clinical examination. I need to see your x-ray and blood reports for uric acid, RA factor and blood sugar level.
Following are the option available-
1. Injection (intraarticular)synvisc
2. High tibial osteotomy (HTO)
3. Joint replacement
Along with pain killer on SOS basis.
Take care
