Suffering from indigestion which produce toxin

Due to weak digestion power, my intestines fails to digest the food and produce toxins & poisons which later on create toxicity in the body, organs do not get essential elements required for proper metabolism and results in the weakness at different level. Due to this weak digestion you suffer from problem of gastritis which become chronic now. so plz suggest some gd medicine for a permanent cure.

You need to get tested for Diabetes first. You may be having gastrointetinal infection as well. Get examined by a Doctor and also stool tested. Consume cool, soft, bland diet like yoghurt, lassi for a while. There are many medicines like Omeprazole which will give great relief but needs to be taken only if prescribed by your Doctor.

you are right weak digestion as per ayurveda leads to production of aam which has the capability to block microchannels and cause various diseases.The production of aam is checked by setting back the mand agni. As jathar agni is the fore most agni holding all systems. There is a process for it to keep body free from aam. Keep bowel clean and obey the natural laws of diet and rest. No tension is permitted. Balanced healthy diet.
