Suffering From Increased Heartbeat While Sleeping, Breathing Difficulty And Pain In The Right Hand. Cause?

hiii doctors im 24 years old medical student I long ago to suffer from accelerated heartbeat when sleep and a temporary interruption in breathing when I close my eyes to sleep and now complain of pain in my right hand , I can not be described kindly advise me
