Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hi

When was the last time you have your thyroid function test done ? I would advice you to get you TSH and free T4 done Also I would like you to get done Anti-TPO antibody which is used for diagnosis of Hashimoto's thyroditis. If TPO is positive I would increase the dose of thyroxine to keep you in low normal range of TSH as you continue to be symptomatic for hypothyroidism. Please have the tests done and revert back.

Regards
