Suffering from hypothyroidism and because of this is constipation

hello,I am 19 years old and suffering from hypothyroidism since 4 years and the biggest problem for me because of this is constipation .I have been treated by so many doctors but no relief is there.This problem has caused several other skin problems also.So,please suggest me what should I do in order to prevent constipation.....

The problem you are having is due to hypothyroidism. To treat the constipation, you must first start taking tab levothyroxin according to your serum thyroxin levels. Once the thyroid hormone levels are stabilised, then your constipation will subside on its own.
